Description

UAS regulates expression of the full-length second intron of mbt (which contains the sisRNA:2 RNA) with intact splice sites, cloned in between DsRed(Unk) and Tag:MYC. The sisRNA:2 sequence has been mutated to disrupt the predicted base pairing with mir-ban.
