Description

UASt regulates expression of a 254 amino acid protein encoded by the'Edis' circular RNA, which is derived from the Sarm transcript (and equates to the C-terminus of the Sarm protein). It contains a 3X Tag:FLAG epitope tag immediately upstream of the stop codon.
