Comments concerning this interaction

Source was embryos of wild-type fly line; bait produced from endogenous gene; prey produced from endogenous gene.

Grip84 coimmunoprecipitates and co-fractionates with Sas-4 as part of the S-γ-TuSC (γ-tubulin small) complex, or the larger S-γ-TuRC (γ-tubulin ring) complex.

Sas-4 complexes were immunoprecipitated from "high-speed lysates" depleted of mature centrosomes and different Sas-4-containing complexes were fractionated on a sucrose gradient.

Comments concerning this interaction

Source was embryos of wild-type fly line; bait produced from endogenous gene; prey produced from endogenous gene.

Sas-4 interacts with Grip84 as part of the S-γ-TuSC (γ-tubulin small) complex, or the larger S-γ-TuRC (γ-tubulin ring) complex.

Coimmunoprecipitation from "high-speed lysates" depleted of mature centrosomes.
