    The stau-GFP protein was immunoprecipitated using a commercial anti-GFP antibody. RNA in coimmunoprecipitation was purified using Trizol reagent. Double-stranded cDNA was prepared from isolated RNA using oligo-dT primers and labelled for subsequent hybridization.

    Mode of Assay

    Labelled cDNA libraries were characterized by hybridization to custom-designed NimbleGen array (GPL10539).
