Description

A 2.6 kb αTub84B fragment (containing promoter and 5'UTR sequences) drives expression of the full-length pho ORF. The termination codon of pho has been replaced with the sequence GGC (Gly) to fuse it in-frame to the C-terminal Tag:TAP.
