Expression of Grip84 cDNA is under the control of the Ubi-p63E promoter. (Note: The cDNA used was the 4.7-kb NsiI/BglII fragment from RE10613 was subcloned into the LD12257 incomplete clone (digested by NsiI/BglII). This was done because 'RE10613' has 2 mutations (polymorphisms?) compared to the standard genome sequence and to LD12257.)
