Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of cv-2 tagged at the N-terminal end with a tok signal sequence followed by 6xTag:MYC (at residue 52). At the C-terminal end a short linker sequence has been added followed by Tag:V5 and 6xTag:polyHis.
