UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a kinase dead form of sgg (has K83M and K84I mutations in the ATP binding domain) that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:Myr(Src64B) membrane targeting sequence, and at the C-terminal end with 3 copies of Tag:HA.
