UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a cDNA encoding the dlp-RA isoform (LD47466 clone). The coding sequence is tagged at residue S732 with 3xTag:HA and 3xTag:MYC epitope tags. The tags are located N-terminal to the ω site that is normally cleaved with dlp is conjugated with a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor.
