Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Ras85D coding sequence (amplified from the LD17536 cDNA clone), mutated to carry a G14V amino acid substitution. The codon usage of the coding sequence has not been altered. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
