Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Ras85D coding sequence (amplified from the LD17536 cDNA clone), mutated to carry a G14V amino acid substitution. The codon usage of the coding sequence has been altered so that all codons correspond to the most rarely occurring one in the D. melanogaster genome. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
