Description

The P{DEP.ΔFRT} element contains (5' to 3') a single FRT site, UASt regulatory sequences oriented outwards towards the 3' end of the element, and a single loxP site. It is generated in vivo by FLP-mediated excision of the FRT cassette from the P{DEP} element.
