Description

The P{DEP.ΔloxP} element contains (5' to 3') a single FRT site, UASt regulatory sequences oriented outwards towards the 5' end of the element, and a single loxP site. It is generated in vivo by P1cre-mediated excision of the loxP cassette from the P{DEP} element.
