| Definition | Adult neuron that expresses Leucokinin whose cell body is located in the ventromedial subesophageal zone (de Haro et al., 2010). In the brain, it arborizes bilaterally in the gnathal ganglion and tritocerebrum (de Haro et al., 2010). It follows the cervical connective to innervate the thoracic neuromeres (de Haro et al., 2010). It also exits the central nervous system to follow the maxillary and labro-frontal nerves (de Haro et al., 2010).
