General Information
Term nuclear cortical migration ID (Ontology) GO:0035192 (Gene Ontology)
Definition The symmetric outward movement of the syncytial nuclei from their positions in the ellipsoid toward the periphery of the embryo, during mitotic cycles 8 and 9. This movement results in the placement of nuclei in a uniform monolayer at the cortex of the developing embryo.[ PubMed:8314839 ]
