Term virion attachment to host cell flagellum ID (Ontology) GO:0098931 (Gene Ontology)
Definition The process by which a virion attaches to a the host cell flagellum. Some DNA bacterial viruses use flagella to attach to the host cell. This contact with the flagellum facilitates concentration of phage particles around the entry receptor on the bacterial cell surface.
