Definition Transmedullary neuron that terminates in lobula layers 5 and 6. It also has arborizations in medulla layers M4, M5, M6 and M7. It is a cholinergic neuron (Varija Raghu et al., 2011).[ FlyBase:FBrf0212356 ]

Comment The neurotransmitter was assessed by co-labelling cells with a Cha-GAL4.7.4 driver (FBtp0014830) and an anti-ChAT antibody (Varija Raghu et al., 2011).
