Gene CG9456 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: Second update for this gene!
The published sequence for sp1 is longer than the Celera sequence by N-terminal
46 amino acids. These upstream amino acids can be found in the Celera sequence.
The mRNA exon-intron structure is wrong so cannot be used to find the upstream
sequence. Translation of upstream amino acids 6-46 are found in frame with
Celera initiating Met and amino acids 1-5 are on an further upstream exon.
I have not worked out coordinates (sorry).
