The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Robert Levis, Carnegie Institution for Science.
TI{TI}VenenoV5 – CRISPR/Cas9 was used to insert a V5 tag in frame directly after the start AUG codon resulting in expression of Veneno tagged at the N-terminus with V5. The insertion was made by Chenhui Wang in Allan Spradling's lab (now at ShanghaiTech University) and was validated with PCR and by immuno-staining with V5 antibody.
