The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Beat Suter and colleagues, University of Bern.
M{UASz-TTLL4A.EGFP} is a UASz construct expressing EGFP-tagged TTLL4A constructed by Ruth Dorig and Mengjing Bao. Expression of the tagged protein was detected by live imaging and western blotting in ovaries when combined with a maternally expressed GAL4.
M{UASz-TTLL4A.EGFP}ZH-64A is an insertion into M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-64A at 3L:3973717..3973717 (R6).
