    In combination with other aberrations

    Loss of one copy of kuk (Df(3R)kuk15 in which GckIII function has been restored using GckIII+t5.3) suppresses the variegation seen in In(1)wm4h/+. Patches of red-pigmented ommatidia are seen in the fly eyes. The suppression is even more pronounced in a homozygous kuk mutant background.
