      Expression of perdsRNA.Ct.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE results in a lengthening of the average period of circadian locomotor activity by approximately 2 hours compared to controls. Expression of perdsRNA.Ct.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in wild-type circadian behaviour.
