      When slmbScer\UAS.ΔFbox.T:Hsap\MYC is driven by Scer\GAL4tim.PE or Scer\GAL4tim.Scer\UAS, mutant animals exhibit abnormal locomotor activity rhythms in LD. More severe differences are observed in DD conditions, in which the majority of slmbScer\UAS.ΔFbox.T:Hsap\MYC,Scer\GAL4tim.PE flies are arrhythmic or had weak rhythms with long periods. Defects are stronger with 2 copies of Scer\GAL4tim.PE.
