      The anterior wing duplications caused by expression of cosS182N.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 are completely suppressed by co-expression of cosScer\UAS.cHa.

      Expression of cosScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP in somatic clones in the ovary can result in multicyst and apposed egg chambers, disorganised encapsulation in the germarium and abnormal stalk formation.
