      Expression of klarEY13871 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU results in mislocalisation of nuclei of developing photoreceptor cells eye imaginal discs, with nuclei being found basally (the nuclei are apical in wild-type discs).

      Expression of klarEY13871 under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 results in frequent displacement of oocyte nuclei away from the anterior-dorsal corner in stage 10 egg chambers.
