      Third instar larvae expressing CG32813EY07727 under the control of Scer\GAL4Pxn.PS have a decreased number of sessile hemocytes. The number of hemocytes in circulation is also decreased. The dorsal sessile hemocyte department is not disrupted. Sessile hemocytes accumulate along the dorsal vessel but do not spread through the cuticle. The lymph gland is enlarged. Hemocyte shape is normal, but the proportion of lamellocytes compared to total hemocyte number is increased compared to controls (3.5% compared to 0.5% in controls).
