      The expression of Gdap2KK108807 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI (together with Dicer-2, for more efficient RNAi) leads to adults showing locomotor defects: flight defects, righting defects, and uncoordinated walking behavior, with reduced walking distance and speed defects. Adults also exhibit sensitivity (increased mortality) to starvation.
