Expression of nvyJF03349 in the fat body under the control of Scer\GAL4DcG results in significant hyperglycaemia.

Expression of nvyJF03349 in muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU results in significant hyperglycaemia.

Expression of nvyJF03349 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf significantly reduces the response of the M pacemaker neurons in the brain to Pdf, while the response to Dh31 is unaffected.

Co-expression of Ac3JF03041 and nvyJF03349 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf reduces the response of M pacemaker neurons in the brain to Pdf to a greater extent than when either Ac3JF03041 or nvyJF03349 are expressed alone.

Co-expression of Ac3GD1799 and nvyJF03349 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf reduces the response of M pacemaker neurons in the brain to Pdf to a greater extent than when either Ac3GD1799 or nvyJF03349 are expressed alone.
