      The deformed dorsal appendages of Df(2R)Dm310s mutant eggs along with their reduced hatchability as well as the decreased fertility of Df(2R)Dm310s mutant males is rescued by combination with the P{UAS-miR310s} construct carrying a cluster of 'mir310s' - mir-310, mir-311, mir-312 and mir-313 - under UAS control and includes the mir-310Scer\UAS.cluster.cTa allele.
