      The expression of RpL6HMS00967 under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.nos.UTR induces small testes, with loss of male germline cells and accumulation of cyst cells.

      Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4NP1624 induces an accumulation of undifferentiated male germ cells and subsequent tumor formation, without normal maintenance of the apical hub and cyst stem cells.
