      The expression of SrlpHMS01525 under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.nos.UTR induces small testes, which completely lack germline cells and accumulate cyst cells.

      Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4NP1624 induces an abnormal male germ cell niche environment (Zfh1 positivity with abnormal pattern, no Eya-positive cyst cells, and no FasIII-positive hub cells) and accumulation of undifferentiated germ cells, which ultimately developed into testis tumors.
