      Expression of NNICD.Scer\UAS.P\T under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 accelerates age-dependent germline stem cell loss in females. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 leads t the same defects in females and adults are short lived compared to controls.
