Description

11,887 bp XhoI-NcoI fragment (derived from BAC clone BACR13A12) which encodes the entire lin-28 locus, plus part of Blimp-1 and Sse. A Venus tag has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the lin-28 coding sequence.
