      The co-expression of rheaVBS1.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP suppresses the lethality induced by the Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU-driven expression of either VincCO.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP, VincHead.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP, or VincD1.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP; co-expression of rheaVBS1.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP also leads to the near abrogation of the ectopic VincCO.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP-positive cytoplasmic protein aggregates formed in embryonic muscles upon Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU-driven expression.
