Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a wild-type brat open reading frame that is tagged at the N-terminal end with both Tag:FLAG and Tag:MYC. The brat coding sequence has undergone nucleotide substitutions so that it is resistant to RNAi mediated by the P{KK113206} construct.
