The description in the Gene&Development paper and in fly base is erroneous. This strain does NOT have a V5 tag. It was cloned without the V5 tag in pUAST and we didn't noticed the mistake in the paper describing it. I have been telling this information to everyone who asked for it. Regards Oscar
