Term pyroptotic inflammatory response ID (Ontology) GO:0070269 (Gene Ontology)
Definition A gasdermin-dependent inflammatory response that is associated with the generation of pyrogenic mediators such as IL-1beta and IL-18. Gasdermins are activated by caspase-1 or caspase-4/11, or by certain granzymes.
