Comments: According to the GH21009.5prime sequence, predicted translation is
corrected as follows,
Met as translation initiation is corrected to be at 69 bp in GH21009.5prime from
previous prediction starting at 168 bp.
This change still keeps reading frame except longer N terminal sequence as 33
additional amino acids. The added N-terminal amino acid sequence appears to
have signal peptide that is supposed to be in the neuropeptide gene like
CG15520. The new translation also predicts RR as dibasic cleavage site for
the first mature peptide as 'GANMGLYAFPRV'.
