The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Lenny Rabinow, Harvard Medical School.
P{UAS-FLAG.Doa.CAT} is a pP{UAST}-based transgene expressing the Doa catalytic domain tagged with FLAG under UAS control. The Doa catalytic domain used in this construct is described in Lee et al. (1996; FBrf0090394).
P{UAS-FLAG.Doa.CAT}attP40 is an insertion into the P{CaryP}Msp300attP40 site at 25C6,  2L:5108448  (R6).
This construct and insertion were generated by Ryan Hurtado and Bob Holmgren at Northwestern University. Expression of the insertion under the control of a GMR-GAL4 driver results in rough eyes.
