      Overexpression of Hsap\JUPScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in ectopic wing vein formation and loss of both anterior and posterior margin bristles. At high levels of Hsap\JUPScer\UAS.cWa expression, the margin is completely missing, resulting in a smaller wing blade.

Expression of Hsap\JUPScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS in arm2/+ embryos derived from homozygous arm2 female germline clones leads to a weak segment polarity phenotype (extra denticles in naked cuticle regions).
