      Flies expressing jusGD352 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to bang sensitive phenotype (mechanical shock-induced paralysis) and the median time of recovery from the paralysis ranges from ~75 min to ~125 min depending on the RNAi insertion line used.

      Adults expressing CG14509GD352 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
