Expression of stolKK106795 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 (in combination with Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) leads to a reduction in climbing speed of adults.

Expression of stolKK106795 under the control of Scer\GAL4Toll-6-D42 (in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) leads to broader action potential width in pupal dorsolongitudinal wing depressor muscle (DLM) motor neurons. It also leads to a decrease in the total dendritic length and in the number of branches of adult DLM.

Expression of stolKK106795 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR23H06 (in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) leads to a reduction in the dendritic Ca2[+] signal amplitude but an increase in the axonal dendritic Ca2[+] signal amplitude induced upon firing by somatic ramp current injection in pupal DLM motor neurons.

Co-expression of stjJF01825 and stolKK106795 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR23H06 (in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) leads to a reduction in the high voltage activated Ca2[+] current amplitudes in pupal motor neurons.
