      The expression of NeurochondrinKK108843 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mhc.PW alone or Scer\GAL41151 combined with Dicer-2 (for a more efficient RNAi) leads to decreased flight ability.

      The expression of NeurochondrinKK108843 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR leads to indirect flight muscles myofibril with increased cross-sectional area and circularity and exhibiting sarcomere branching; the myofibril defects begin between 32 and 48 h APF.

      The expression of NeurochondrinKK108843 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act88F.1.3 leads to sarcomere branching in indirect flight muscles.
