Detailed Description
| |||
Statement Reference Expression of Stat92E[M647H.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP] under the control of Scer\GAL4[Mef2.247.Switch] specifically during the adult stage (in the presence of RU486) causes a striking defect in long term memory, without affecting anesthesia-resistant memory or short term memory. Expression of Stat92E[M647H.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP] under the control of Scer\GAL4[ey.PU] results in roughening of the eye, a reduction in eye volume and a loss of ventral eye tissue. | |||
