Expression of DdScer\UAS.cLa with Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 dramatically suppresses formation of the anterior crossvein.

Expression of DdScer\UAS.cLa with Scer\GAL471B at 29[o]C suppresses formation of both or either of the anterior and posterior crossveins.

Expression of DdScer\UAS.cLa with Scer\GAL4en-e16E alters the overall shape of the posterior half of the wing blade, suppresses formation of the anterior crossvein, and partially suppresses formation of the posterior crossvein and veins L4 and L5.

Scer\GAL4en-e16E-mediated expression of DdScer\UAS.cLa disrupts endoplasmic reticulum morphology and increases the size of fat droplets within wing imaginal discs.
