      Co-expression of foxoS259A.Scer\UAS and forP1.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO in the presence of RU486 does not affect the number of dopaminergic neurons.

      Flies co-expressing foxoS259A.Scer\UAS and forP1.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO in the presence of RU486 have a reduced lifespan compared to controls.
