Expression of Myd88Scer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU results in increased number of eve-positive neurons in both larval and pupal abdominal ventral nerve cord (VNC) but also leads to increased number of apoptotic (Dcp-1-positive) cells in the pupal VNC compared to driver-only controls.
