The expression of Hsap\SNCAE46K.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu leads to a decreased climbing ability in adults, as compared to controls. There is a progressive decrease in the number of PAL, PPM3 and PPL2, but not PPM1/2 and PPL1, dopaminergic neurons (observed in 30 days old, but not in 10days old, flies).
