Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations
NOT in combination with other aberrations

Not phenotypically Pc. Position-effect lethal; viability over deficiencies increases in the presence of an extra Y.

    Other Comments

Shows position-effect variegation for an unidentified l(3). Mapping of the lethal is complicated by the facts that when T(2;3)ME115 is transmitted by the mother it is viable over everything, and even when it is transmitted by the father it leaks. Without an extra Y it is nearly lethal over most Pc deficiencies and Pc3 and Ubx duplication but less lethal over Df(3L)Pc-101, Df(3L)Pc-30A, Pc73 and In(3)Pc-T7 viable over Df(3L)ME107 and In(3)80c.
