Imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2}EY09246 insertion, resulting in a 2124bp deletion (nucleotides -3 to +2121 relative to the mRpS24 transcription start site). The deletion removes the entire mRpS24 and CG6182 genes and disrupts the Myo95E gene.
